Ingredients Opor ayam bumbu kuning
- 500 gr broiler chicken (preferably kampung chicken)
- 1 liter of coconut milk from 3/4 large coconut
- 6 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 candlenuts
- 2 cm of roasted turmeric
- 1/2 thumb, galangal
- 1 stalk of lemongrass crushed
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon royco chicken
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- Enough vegetable oil for stir-frying
- Enough fried onions for sprinkling
How to cook Opor Ayam Bumbu Kuning
Step 1
Clean the
chicken with lime, boil 1 liter of water until it boils, add the chicken, cook
until 1/2 cooked, remove and drain, and throw away the water.
