  • 500 gr broiler chicken (preferably kampung chicken)
  • 1 liter of coconut milk from 3/4 large coconut
  • 6 red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 2 cm of roasted turmeric
  • 1/2 thumb, galangal
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass crushed
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon royco chicken
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • Enough vegetable oil for stir-frying

How to cook Opor Ayam Bumbu Kuning

Step 1
